Manual laminating

Manual laminating - a production process in which subsequent layers of a selected medium are applied one on another, such as: glass mats, technical fabrics, veils, spacer materials, etc., which later on are soaked with various resins. We choose media and resins depending on required product properties, e.g. tensile strength, resilience, elasticity, contact resistance.

The benefits of the manual technology are as follows:

  • Low costs of production start-up
  • Method profitability with unit and small series orders
  • Relatively low time of tool preparation.
