RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) - a process of low pressure resin injection for closed moulds. This technology allows for manufacturing compound products with higher quality and repeatability than in the event of the manual method (contact method).

Depending on the manner of constructing a mould and anti-mould (female and male part), we differentiate Light RTM and Heavy RTM.

The assets of laminate produced in RTM technology:

• Two smooth sides
• Gelcoat on both sides
• Dimensional repeatability in all the plains
• Increased rigidity owing to lower percentage content of resin compared to reinforcement
• Reduction of shrinkage connected with lining structure
• Reduction of technological waste
